Joseph L. Brickey
- Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Joe Brickey is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI). IAI is a mid-sized engineering and software services company with a nationwide presence primarily supporting the intelligence community and other civil, defense and intelligence customers with a focus on Government space and intelligence surveillance reconnaissance systems activities. IAI’s headquarters is in Chantilly, Virginia. IAI also has offices in California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IAI, Joe provides executive leadership on strategic business issues. Joe is also a champion for IAI’s “Above and Beyond” corporate culture. IAI is highly regarded for its culture of excellence and is regularly listed among the nation’s best places to work. Since 2007, IAI has appeared on The Great Place to Work Institute’s Best Small and Medium Companies to Work For in America list achieving a number two medium size company ranking in 2010. IAI has also been consistently recognized as a top tier employer by Washingtonian magazine and the San Diego Business Journal. Joe and his three partners founded IAI in 1999 and Joe has held the role of Chairman and CEO since the company’s beginning. Joe is a systems engineering and program management specialist with an expertise in conceiving, developing and transitioning state of the art capabilities to operational users. Joe obtained his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and his graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Joe is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a certified DoD Acquisition professional. Joe is also a Senior Member of the IEEE. Joe and his wife Kay live in Clifton, Virginia.

David J. Dzaran
- President
Dave Dzaran is President of IAI. As President, Dave is responsible for providing overall strategic and day-to-day leadership by working with IAI’s CEO, Board of Directors and other members of IAI’s leadership team to establish and implement IAI business goals and strategies as well as to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate IAI’s fiscal and operational performance. Dave is a seasoned industry veteran with more than 20 years of program management and system acquisition leadership experience, primarily focused on Space ISR systems and related technologies. His experience includes the development, integration and test of complex satellite and ground processing systems, advanced system concept studies as well as a variety of data exploitation and user interfaces for space ISR systems. Dave has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and Spacecraft Design from the Polytechnic Institute of New York and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton. He is also a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College. Dave and his wife Tina live in Manassas, Virginia.

Kenneth A. Abeloe
- Senior Vice President and Secretary
Ken Abeloe is a Senior Vice President of IAI, the Secretary of IAI’s Board of Directors and a co-founder of the Company. Ken is an expert in the design, development and delivery of cutting edge software products and services. He also serves as IAI's Chief Information Officer responsible for the introduction and implementation of IAI IT infrastructure and new technologies. Ken currently directs the IAI Advanced Software Development group which focuses on software processes, technical coordination, and personnel development. Ken currently leads IAI strategic research and development emphasizing web services integration, geospatial data fusion, and precision strike concepts. Ken is a Physics graduate from the University of California at San Diego. Ken and his wife Silvia live in Carlsbad, California.

Paul J. Frommelt
- Senior Vice President
Paul Frommelt is a Senior Vice President of IAI, a member of IAI’s Board of Directors, and a co-founder of the Company. Paul is an expert in the acquisition, planning, design, development, engineering, and operation of complex sensor platforms and associated ground systems. He has performed high level systems analysis, source selections, system audits, software process improvement assessments, and technical evaluations in support of multiple program acquisition efforts. Paul is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate with a degree in Astronautical Engineering. He has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from San Jose State. Paul and his wife Geri live in Fairfax, Virginia.

William S. Jugus
- Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Bill Jugus serves as IAI's Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. As a member of IAI’s Board of Directors, Bill is responsible for providing overall operational leadership Company-wide. As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Bill manages IAI's overall day-to-day corporate operations ensuring that strategic and business plans are implemented effectively. Corporate Security, Information Technology, Operations and Human Resources report to Bill. Bill is a senior Human Resources leader with experience in linking the Human Resources function to strategic business goals. Prior to joining IAI in 2003, Bill had more than 26 years of experience managing a broad spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions for a large international airline as well as for a global non-profit conservation organization. Bill is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. He received his MA in History from the State University of New York Stony Brook and a BA in Government and History from the University of Virginia. Bill and his wife Kathy reside in Centreville, Virginia.

Michael L. Rhodes
- Senior Vice President and Chief Strategist
Mike Rhodes is IAI's Senior Vice President and Chief Strategist. As a member
of IAI’s Board, Mike is responsible for providing overall strategic
leadership Company-wide. As SVP and Chief Strategist, Mike is responsible for
creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining IAI’s strategic goals and
initiatives. Mike also provides SETA support to various compartmentalized
Government ISR programs. Mike is an expert in program management, space
systems acquisition and spacecraft engineering. He has over 26 years of high
technology program management/acquisition experience with 16 years driving
the state-of-the-art in space and airborne ISR systems. During his 12 years
of NRO government service and 7 years of SETA service to the NRO, he directed
or provided leadership support across IMINT's legacy, EIS, Future Imagery
Architecture (FIA), and next-generation spacecraft programs. Mike received
his B.S. in Astronautical Engineering from the USAF Academy in 1979 and his
M.B.A. in Finance from Wright State University, OH in 1982. Mike and his wife
Sarah reside in Centreville, Virginia.

Victor C. See Jr.
- Senior Vice President
Retired Rear Admiral Vic See is IAI’s Senior Vice President and a member of IAI’s Executive Leadership Team. Admiral See has 29 years of leadership experience in the Navy as a helicopter pilot and member of the Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer (AEDO) community. Prior to joining IAI in early 2009, Admiral See was the leader of the Naval Space Acquisition community and was assigned as the Director, Communications Systems Acquisition and Operations Directorate, National Reconnaissance Office. He was also the Commander, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command's (SPAWAR) Space Field Activity (SSFA) and the Program Executive Officer for Space Systems. Admiral See holds an MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BS in Physics/Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy. Admiral See's military decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal with 2 Oak Leaf clusters, and the Navy Commendation Medal in addition to numerous unit and service awards. Admiral See and his wife Monica Speach reside in Chantilly, Virginia.

Steven M. Wear
- Senior Vice President and Treasurer
Steve Wear is IAI’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Treasurer, and a Member of the Board of Directors. He is also one of the founders of the Company. During his career, he provided systems engineering and program management expertise supporting the procurement and acquisition of several highly-advanced satellite systems. Steve has an M.S. in Imaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is a certified DoD acquisition professional and a Senior Member of the IEEE. Steve is also a veteran of both the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard. Steve and his wife Judy live near Catharpin, Virginia.

Lee A. Smith
– Chief Financial Officer
Lee Smith is IAI’s Chief Financial Officer. He joined IAI as Controller in 2007 and became Chief Financial Officer in 2010. As CFO he is responsible for corporate accounting and reporting, state and local taxes, contract management, program control, and financial compliance with Cost Accounting Standards and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
Mr. Smith brings over 30 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, audit, and government contracting. Prior to joining IAI he was Senior Manager for Government Compliance at BearingPoint, and also held positions as Controller, Chief Financial Officer, or financial manager for divisions of United Defense and TRW, including seven years as an expatriate in the Middle East working on Foreign Military Sales cases. He started his career with 5 years on the audit staff of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Lee and his wife Suzanne live in Leesburg, Virginia.

Larry A. Adair
- Vice President for NRO Programs
Larry Adair is IAI’s Vice President for NRO Programs. Larry joined IAI following 27 years of distinguished service in the USAF, focusing his last 10 years on SIGINT ISR systems. He has over 25 years experience in space systems acquisitions, including program management, systems engineering, test & evaluation, research & development, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of IMINT, SIGINT, and MASINT systems. Larry’s knowledge and experience is recognized throughout the joint-agency and joint-service Intelligence Community. Larry completed a B.S.E.E. from University of Arkansas, a M.S.E.E. from University of Michigan, a doctorial thesis from AFIT, and is a graduate of DSMC. Larry and his wife Leigh live in Catharpin, Virginia.

Michael J. Rigo
- Vice President National Programs
Mike Rigo is Vice President for National Programs. Over the past twenty years he has led efforts across the National Reconnaissance Office, Defense Intelligence Agency, Navy, Air Force, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and other United States Government customers. Mike joined IAI in 2003, bringing a wealth of technical and management experience in the Defense Industry. Since joining IAI, he has served as Director of DoD Programs, Director Special Programs, and Senior Principal Systems Engineer providing direct customer systems engineering support. Mike has broad leadership and technical experience in remote sensing, information technology, intelligence, and naval systems. Prior to IAI, Mike worked in multiple engineering, and program management positions with personnel and contracts across the DoD and Intelligence Community. Mike has held active and reserve positions with the US Navy and is currently an Engineering Duty Officer in the Navy Reserve and a certified DoD Acquisition Professional and Level III Systems Engineer. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, Master degrees in Applied Physics and Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and graduate coursework in Computational Science from George Mason University. Mike and his wife Kathy reside in Herndon, Virginia.

Daniel E. Crisp
- Vice President DoD and Civil Programs
Dan Crisp is Vice President for DoD and Civil Progams. Dan has over twelve years of senior technical leadership and program management experience across compartmented DoD and Intelligence Community programs. Dan has extensive experience with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Ground Stations, Airborne Surveillance platforms, and Precision Targeting support, leading advanced concept development efforts that directly resulted in the modernization of the DoD precision targeting architecture through two technological generations and demonstrating the operational viabiliity of applying commercially-developed service oriented architectures to DoD and IC legacy systems. Dan joined IAI in 1999, and has served as Deputy Director and Director, DoD Programs, as Director, Tactical Operations and Intelligence Sector, and as Program Manager for Navy Precision Targeting and Distributed Common Ground System efforts. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science form the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Dan has served in both active and reserve positions with the US Navy as Commanding Officer of Tactical ISR and US Strategic Command units. Dan and his wife Kim reside in Ashburn, Virginia.

Robert D. Thomas
- Vice President Analytical Services
Rob Thomas, as Vice President of Analytical Services, is responsible for a team of highly-specialized team of scientists, engineers and senior acquisition professionals working next-generation image and geospatial related technologies and systems engineering and integration services for a myriad of national agencies. He has over twenty three years of defense support experience in program management and advanced research and technology development in the core area of imagery, geospatial-intelligence (GEOINT), and target intelligence with a focus on imagery quality and photogrammetric-based geospatial analysis and services. Prior to joining IAI in November 2001, Rob served in a variety of program management and systems engineering positions within the Department of Defense as well as supporting National Agencies. These include the National Reconnaissance Office, (NRO), Headquarters United States European Command (HQ USEUCOM), Central Imagery Office (CIO), Headquarters United States Strategic Command (HQ USTRATCOM), and the Headquarters Strategic Air Command (SAC) as an Air Force Officer. Rob graduated in 1986 with an undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Colorado and followed with a M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Creighton University in 1995. Rob and his wife Kim reside in Leesburg, VA.

Eric Baker
- Assistant Vice President Special Projects
Eric Baker is IAI's Assistant Vice President Special Projects. Eric has more than twenty-one years of experience in the development of advanced systems for military and intelligence applications with ten years of experience in large government acquisition programs in senior engineering and management roles. Eric holds more than ten years experience in the design, development, mission test and integration of ground system architectures including support transition to operation of large scale surveillance and reconnaissance payloads and systems. His software development, verification and testing expertise encompasses the complete lifecycle; from requirements analysis to delivery of documented and tested applications. Eric received a MS in Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and has pursued graduate studies in Applied Mathematics from the George Washington University. Eric's undergraduate degree is in Electrical Engineering from Brown University. Eric resides in Arlington, Virginia.

Peter W. Kimes
- Assistant Vice President Business Development
Pete Kimes is IAI’s Assistant Vice President for Business Development and joined IAI in March, 2008. Pete gained hands-on knowledge of intelligence operations, analysis, and development through a variety of Air Force assignments over a twenty-year military career: Korean Linguist stationed with ground and airborne units overseas, Technical ELINT Analysis Engineer for the airborne COMBAT SENT program, Space System Threat Assessment Engineer for SMC, and Program Manager for the acquisition of space-based ISR systems with SAF/SP and the NRO. Pete’s time in the private sector has resulted in a thorough understanding of airborne and space-based intelligence through diverse systems engineering, program management, and business development assignments. For the past several years, Pete has worked on tactical unmanned aerial systems (UASs) supporting JIEDDO, CENTCOM, and other Government organizations. Pete has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, a BA in Business and Management from the University of Maryland, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Pete and his wife Sun Min live in Ashburn, Virginia.
